Shipping & Returns

We ship to any address in the world.

Items ordered through us are shipped by EMS or TNT or DHL or FEDEX or UPS.

We will inform you with the tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped out when we get it from the express company.

A street address is required for delivery.

Merchandise will be delivered standard Air-express door to door, which takes approximately 3-5 working days.

Delivery times don't include processing time.

Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped in the same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Return

All products purchased on hzyc.cn must file a claim within 30 days after receiving the product and attach a receipt. If you need to make a claim, please send an email to kf10083@hzyc.cn. If your item is damaged or defective, please attach a photo to the email. A customer service representative will contact you within 5 working days. 

If the product is damaged, defective, missing, or shipping error, Hauzhong Yichuang Co., Ltd. will refund the shipping and product costs.

In addition, the exchange will be accepted, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and will pay 20% of the restocking fee. 

All returns must inclulde original packaging and good condition. Once the return is received, it may take 10 working days to process.

Once an order is place, it is impossible to cancel it. If you want to cancel, please send an email to kf10083@hzyc.cn immediately.
